As the Senior Instructional Designer at Sam Houston State University, I was assigned to collaborate with the HR department to generate all online required university training for the faculty and employees. The human resources team preferred the use of SCORM-based Articulate Storyline modules embedded in the Cornerstone talent management system.
In this role, I created training materials for many departments with varying requirements. Some modules were fairly straightforward, while others required complex triggers and animations designed to fulfill the legal requirements of state and federal agencies. Special care was taken to ensure federal accessibility standards required by Title IX. Many of these projects required custom graphics, which I created using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
