The National Retail Federation Foundation (NRFF) wanted to make their training accessible to everyone interested in retail or warehousing employment. This required a review of their entire project to add video captioning for the hearing-impaired, and to ensure that all interactions were accessible with both JAWS and NVDA screen readers.
As a contracted member of an ID team, my responsibilities included the review & revision of three Articulate 360 projects created by previous designers to bring the projects into ADA compliance.
Many of the photos and videos had to be altered to fall within the client’s branding requirements. Photos were altered using Adobe Photoshop, while video clips were modified in Adobe Premiere Pro. Advanced video enhancements, including targeted color shifting, were achieved using Adobe After Effects.
