Quite often, the production schedule of training products is underestimated. Many L&D departments tout the ADDIE method due to its tried & true design. However, ADDIE is also responsible for higher development budgets; its linear process makes it difficult to judge a training’s effectiveness until the entire training is produced.
The Successive Approximation Model (SAM) seeks to change that process. Using an agile-based rapid prototyping format, SAM is quickly becoming a favorite of training firms and instructional designers.
This Articulate Rise 360 course is used to educate stakeholders about the process.
